Return Policy

We understand that there may come a time to return a purchase and we aim to make the returns process as simple as possible.

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we offer returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method.

Please note: All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with the original tags and labels attached.

Return Process

At Lips Like Home, every order is prepared with care and intention. Still, if something arrives less than perfect, we’ll make it right.

If your item was damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days at hello@lipslikehome.com.
Include your order number, a short description, and a few photos so our team can take care of it swiftly and gently.

Please note: as our products are made for personal use, we currently accept returns only for items that arrive damaged or faulty.

Because care doesn’t end when your order leaves our hands it continues until it’s safely in yours.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, we’ll process your refund through your original payment method.Refunds are usually completed within 10–14 business days, and you’ll receive a confirmation once it’s been issued.

If your parcel was damaged during transit, reach out as soon as possible every product deserves to arrive as beautifully as it was made.
